Position :- Manufacturing Engineer
Job Location :- Bavla, Ahemdabad
Salary :- ₹ 2,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.
Qualification :- Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering
Experience :- 2 to 4 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Process Knowledge on Weld shop or BIW, Assembly, Fabrication SOP Preparation.
- Knowledge of DCP, PFMEA
- Knowledge of Engineering drawings
- Exposure to Jigs & Fixture, Tooling.
- Knowledge of Process Planning – Process design.
- Experience on Equipment Planning, installation & process validation
- Capacity expansion for existing set-up by Bottleneck identification & elimination by Kaizen & cycle time reduction.
- New technology introduction for supporting the desirable Manufacturing process
- Proactively Identification of defects/ gaps to design fool proofing in each process.
- Reducing the Inventory Cost of Process tooling & its elements.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineer
- Minimum 2 years of Experience
- Should have working knowledge of SAP
- Hands on experience on 3D software Pro-E
- 7QC Tools
- Conversant with working on MS Office, Excel
- Preferable from 2 Wheeler/ 3 Wheeler Automobile Industry
