Accountabilities :-
- The Operating Engineer is the part of Mechanical team of Plant Maintenance dept. He will be responsible for the flawless operation of the Mechanical systems within the plant. He will be required to be vigilant for Fibreglass winder maintenance activities, Batch & Furnace, Cake oven, Chemical preparation, Roving, Type 30 & Fabrics areas. He needs to monitor the same and in event of emergencies like Power outage he will be the key person responsible to handle the entire plant maintenance operations independently.
Deliverables & Key Responsibilities :-
- He will be the available resource during shift and will attend to any Mechanical problems.
- He should know the operations of Diesel Generating set and should understand the controls.
- Carrying out of Predictive, Preventive maintenance & Breakdown maintenance, planning & execution.
- Work as team member of the shift maintenance group & involve in the problem solving activities in plant.
