Work Experience :-
- Total 3 – 8 years of experience in the industry.
- Proven work experience working as service engineer in an Automobile Sector.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- You will be working as the Service Engineer in our Commercial vehicles – Sales & Marketing Department. This department works ardently towards achieving profit and revenue targets set by the organization and aims to significantly enhance the market share of the products.
- You will work towards providing post-sales technical and specialist services to the customers and dealers guaranteeing quality and effectiveness of the service and support. You will work towards creating better experience and building credibility with customers through effective customer complaint redressal. You will route product feedback from field to Head /Zonal office and manage effectively the warranty and claim settlement
- Providing postsales technical support to customers and dealers to achieve superior delivery of service and customer satisfaction objectives
- Analyzing customer and dealer satisfaction data to identify customers and authorized dealers expectations in terms of service and support.
- Supervising and supporting dealers secondary network and work towards its expansion as per the agreed plan and ensuring the CDMS implementation is carried out successfully at all dealerships
- Conducting routine maintenance work like replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc. to increase vehicle functionality and longevity
- Inspecting vehicle parts and analyzing customer complaint registration to diagnose issues accurately and creating plan of actions in terms of repairs, maintenance and upgradation
- Providing post service feedback through Customer Relationship Executive at dealerships and schedule future maintenance sessions
- Ensuring With Warranty, Extended Warranty and Post warranty’ vehicle reporting are executed as per plan and defined guidelines
- Studying spares parts consumption patterns and generating spares and lubes order as per defined schedules and guidelines
