Production Supervisor Trainee :
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Experience : 0 – 3 Years
Electrical Engineer :
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience : 3 – 8 Years
Job Description :-
Civil Supervisor :
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the contractors and subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing plant safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Good computer and communication skills.
Production Supervisor Trainee :
- Responsible for Process plant unit operation,
- Supervise, monitor & control of process parameters
- Ensure safe operation of plant
- Daily report on production activities.
- Follow all SOP.
- Follow all Safety procedures
- Stabilize the Plant during the Abnormalities and Emergencies.
- Knowledge of loading & unloading of raw material etc.
- Thorough knowledge of handling of Chemicals.
- Knowledge in Safety work permits systems
Electrical Engineer :
- Profile : B.E / B. Tech Electrical with 3 to 8 years of experience in Electrical Project / Design / Maintenance experience for Chemical / Petrochemical industries.
- Overall Exposure Expected : Design / Project, erection, testing and commissioning / operation of HV and LV Electrical equipments. Maintenance experience for Chemical / Petrochemical industries.
- Additional Experience in the field of Relay testing and co-ordination, Practical experience on CAD drawings, preparation of cable schedule , electrical instrumentation interconnection / Interlock schedule.
- Project / Maintenance Experience : On HV generators, parallel operation of HV generators, Power and distribution Transformers, HV and LV motors, HV switch gears (VCB, SF6), PMCC panels, MCC and IMCC panels, battery chargers, On line UPS systems, HV and LV cables, earthing, grounding and lightning protection schemes etc.
